Shipment

We ship within Germany for €4.90 via DHL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to easily track your package online at any time.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible, but not for small packages.

Smaller items, such as pendants or small boards, are shipped via Deutsche Post as a large letter for €1.70. Simplified tracking allows you to view the shipping status and delivery date.

For orders over €49, we will cover the shipping costs for you and deliver free of charge within Germany.

Delivery time

Your product will only be manufactured after we receive your order. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days, depending on the product. If processing time is extended during periods of high order volume, we will inform you on the homepage.

Delivery times for DHL and Deutsche Post are 1-3 working days.
