Should something not be suitable, you can return unused and non-personalized items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods .
Personalized products excluded!
Personalized items , which are individually manufactured according to your specifications (e.g. name, number or team), are excluded from exchange and return , as they are made specifically for you.
Conditions for a return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days to the original payment method used.
Please note:
When paying via Klarna , the invoice amount must first be paid in full. The refund will then be processed via Klarna.
RETURN COSTS
You are responsible for the return shipping costs .
You are also responsible for ensuring that your return shipment arrives safely. We therefore recommend using insured return shipping .
Returns from abroad
For orders from abroad , you are responsible for all return shipping costs .
